Refund Policy

The Echoes Family Biography is a custom family biography service.

A full refund is available if you cancel before transcription or editorial work begins.

After work begins and before the digital proof is delivered, refund requests are reviewed case by case based on the work already completed.

After the digital proof is delivered, the purchase is nonrefundable.

The included corrections round covers names, dates, places, relationships, obvious transcription errors, typographical errors, and requested removals. New stories, new photographs, broad stylistic rewriting, and additional revision rounds are not included in the $98 Family Biography.

If Echoes determines that a project cannot reasonably proceed because required consent is unavailable, submitted materials are unusable, or another material project requirement cannot be satisfied, we will contact you about the available options.

To request a cancellation or refund, email hello@echoes-legacy.com using the email address associated with your order.
